Product Description
Bug Out prevents unwanted floating and diving insects from gathering on pool water surface. This special formula reduces water surface tension allowing bugs and other debris to drip to the pool bottom. Materials on the pool bottom can then be easily vacuumed away.
Details
- Application: Pour 4-8-Ounce of Bug Out for each 10,000-Gallon of water directly on the water surface as close to the insect infestation as possible. Bug Out will begin to reduce water surface tension immediately.
- Apply directly to affected area for best results. Occasionally, some foaming in water may occur. Please refer to actual label for other precautions.
- Compatible with Chlorine, bromine, mineral purification systems, salt water pools, ozone and biguanide sanitizers.

After adding the product several times I have not noticed that it has done anything. I still have bugs floating on the surface of my pool and need to use the net to remove them.

Last year was our first year without the neighborhood frog who killed all the local wolf spiders, so we unfortunately were the local hangout for TONS of spiders along the eves of our pool. Our pool repair guy recommended this stuff, and it is GREAT. I think it lasts around a month, and no problems with the spiders, and other critters. It is safe, non-toxic, and well, I just made a refill order to cover the entire summer. Delivery is fast, and really happy with this.

this stuff kicks back-swimmers butt you add it into the pool and within 5 Min’s those little biting bugs are dead… i love it!! i thought there was no help for the swimming in the summer with these bugs because there was nothing on the market to kill these air breathing diving bugs…. but bug out kicks there butts ha ha take that swimming bugs in my pool
