Fiberglass pools and salt water filtration
I am with a high end remodeling company out of Maryland. We recently have sold a couple jobs that will include luxury pools (grotto style). We are going with San Juan fiberglass pools for the pool and will have no problem with the install. My problem is we have no experience with setting up pumps and filtration system or the saltwater system they are both interested. I have found some information online but is their any site that anyone knows of where i can view diagrams of filtration system set up, as well as running the plumbing. We will also have a waterfall for one and would like to know hoe we can tie that into the system by remote control. Alos what are some of the best fancy lighting options for pools.
Pool filtration systems

How can I tell where air is entering my pool filtration system? There is air coming out of the return pipes of my inground concrete pool I have checked the pump and fittings. Is there a good way to check PVC joind for air leaks? Whats the best way to test the whole filtration system?
Antifreeze to a swimming pool
My husband added antifreeze to the pipes and filter components of our above ground pool last fall and forgot to flush them when he opened the pool. He has already added water, shock, and other chemicals and the test strips appear to be okay, but now we’re afraid to swim. How do we know if it’s safe?
Unfortunately…it was car antifreeze (Mr. do-it-yourself) So should we just drain the pool and start over? The water level was fairly low, added about two and a half/three feet of water so he thinks with that and the chemicals it should be diluted enough, but I’m not buyin it! Please offer better suggestions so my hard-headed husband will listen!
